How to log in to Crusado

1. 1 Open the login panel Use the Login button in the header or in the left sidebar. It is on every page of the site, on phone and desktop alike.
2. 2 Enter your credentials The email address you registered with and your password. Crusado does not use usernames, so the email is always your identifier.
3. 3 Confirm the second factor If you have two-factor authentication switched on, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app. It refreshes every thirty seconds.
4. 4 Land in the cashier or the lobby First login of the day drops you at the lobby; returning from a deposit link takes you straight to the cashier with the bonus already selected.
5. 5 Pick up your daily mission The mission panel refreshes at 07:00 CET. Claiming it takes one tap and the reward is credited before you spin.

Forgot your Crusado password?

Use the "Forgot password" link under the login form. Crusado sends a reset link to your registered address that stays valid for sixty minutes; opening it lets you set a new password immediately, and every other active session is signed out as a precaution.

If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check the spam folder and confirm you are using the address you registered with rather than a newer one. Support can confirm which address is on file, but for security they will never read it out — they will only confirm or deny the one you give them.

• ✦Passwords need at least ten characters with one number and one symbol.
• ✦Changing your password signs out every device except the one you used to change it.

When the Crusado login won't go through

Nine times in ten it is a saved password from a previous change, an autofill that has grabbed the wrong address, or a VPN placing you in a market we can't serve. Clear the fields, type the credentials manually and turn off any VPN before trying again.

Accounts are locked automatically after five failed attempts for thirty minutes. That timer cannot be shortened by support, but it clears on its own; if you still can't get in afterwards, live chat can check whether the account is under verification or has been self-excluded.

Verification and account security

Crusado asks for identity documents once, before your first withdrawal: a photo ID, a recent proof of address and, if you deposited by card, an image of that card with the middle digits covered. Uploads are reviewed inside 24 hours on working days and you can keep playing while they are checked.

Two-factor authentication is optional but recommended, and it takes about a minute to set up from Account → Security. With it on, a stolen password alone cannot open your Crusado account, and every login attempt from a new device sends you an email alert.
